At 14, I tried to take my own life. I felt utterly alone. The people around me made me feel worthless, invisible, like the world would be better without me in it.

Is this therapy?

No. I am a coach, not a therapist.

This work is deeply personal and emotionally honest, but it's forward-facing. We look back only long enough to understand what's been driving the pattern. Then we focus entirely on who you're becoming and how your business changes as a result. If you feel you need therapeutic support alongside this work, I will always encourage you to seek that too and point you in the right direction.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because most coaching works on the surface level - strategy, mindset, action plans. This framework works at the root. If the reason you're stuck traces back to how you were treated at school, no amount of strategy will move you forward until that's addressed. That's what makes this different. It's not more of the same. It's the thing underneath the thing.

I'm not sure I'm ready

Feeling not ready is the most common symptom of exactly what this work addresses. The bullies taught you that stepping forward wasn't safe, so of course your whole system resists it. You don't need to feel ready. You just need to be done with what staying hidden is costing you. If you are done, truly done, that's enough to begin.

I was bullied but it was a long time ago. Does this still apply to me?

Time doesn't dissolve the decisions we made about ourselves in those moments.
