Reclaim You was built from lived experience.
I built a business, a business that I was proud of. It was successful, it gave me the freedom, the flexibility that I desired with my girls. But I was hiding.
I was hiding behind my products, I was hiding in my business but I wasn't fully showing up for it. I had isolated myself without even knowing, as a form of self protection from the pain and hurt I'd experienced most of my life.
In the summer of 2022 something happened that made me see that I'd gradually retreated into myself and I knew I needed to change it.
In January 2023 an old school friend took his own life. This was my catalyst to change. This was when I knew in my soul that I needed to do something to help others.
And so I got to work, on my own wounds, then decided to train to become a coach so I could help other women with theirs too.
It was then that I saw so many other women had been going through their own version of keeping themselves safe which was capping their income, which in turn was capping their life - and in that moment, I knew I'd found my calling.
