Reclaim You wasn’t built from theory, it was built from lived experience.

I built a life I was proud of, the business, the freedom, the flexibility with my girls. But quietly, I had outgrown the version of myself that created it.

I wanted more possibility, more meaning, more impact and more presence with my family. I wanted my life to actually reflect the woman I knew I was becoming.


But my habits, my conditioning, and my old rules kept pulling me back into decisions that drained my energy instead of replenishing it.

When I started coaching women one-to-one, I saw the same pattern everywhere. Capable, ambitious, compassionate women who had built lives they once wanted, then quietly outgrew, without knowing how to update them.

I’m not very confident… is this suitable for me?

How much time will this take each week?
